GAME RULES! (Please Read)

Welcome to The Endless Battle.
Those who are strong enough, or intelligent enough survive, while the weak perish.
This is an RP game based on fighting, and contains many things from the worlds of Dragonball Z and Bleach. We will be following much of the Sagas from both worlds and as such there may be some moments when these worlds collide.
It is an open RP, which means mostly anything will be allowed within regulations. Rules are as follows.
1. No character will be instantly greater than another for no reason, everyone gains strength based on their own actions and how well they do it.
2. Cursing or swearing if you will is allowed, but there will be no toleration for Offensive, Racist, or sexist comments or the like on it, even if it is in joking behavior.
3. Everyone gets a fair chance, and dont be completely thoughtless as if your character can dodge anything cause hes fast or something. Take some hits, and dodge some hits, be reasonable.
Heres an example of some roleplay and how to do it correctly. First, however, is how to do it incorrectly.
"Raditz ran up to Goku and punched him in the stomach, and he flew backwards and died."
Obviously, this is highly unfair and poorly made, "Goku" didnt get a chance to even react. Heres how it should be done between two people.
"Raditz chuckled and stared at goku coldly. Without warning, he took off from the ground and rushed Goku with intense speed. He pulled his fist behind him and then sent it rocketing forward, aiming straight for Goku's chest."
"Goku was caught off balance by Raditz' wild attack and could only move a little bit before being punched in the gut by the mighty blow. He was sent backwards by the hit and careened into a nearby mountain, taking off a good chunk off the mountain."
This is obviously fairer, seeing as Goku let himself be puched instead of being a jerk about it and trying to dodge it anyway.
Now, you may be wondering, wait a minute. Goku had a Powerlevel of 9000 in the Saiyan Saga and he was really weak compared to someone like Cell. We start out with 250?! Whats going on?! Well, hear me out. We're starting out in the VERY beginning of Dragonball Z, when Goku fought Piccolo in the World Martial Arts tournament, and his powerlevel was 350 back then. We will follow the sagas intensely in this way. There are, of course, ways of raising your powerlevel. There are also ways of aquiring Zenni, the monetary system of this game. They are as follows.
1. Post a Training Thread in the area that you are currently in. That means posting something about your character training or something like that, and based on how good it was a Admin will give you a powerlevel boost determened by the quality, not length, and what everybody else's powerlevel is, to catch everyone up. You can post once in your own thread every Four Hours. When you complete a training session, inform a GM and they will award you the boost in powerlevel and EXP, accordingly.
2. Participate in a Event (Saga, Touranment, etc.) No matter what you do, Sagas or tournaments will always award powerlevel and Levels. Depending on if you won said Saga or Tournament for instance, you will gain more than someone who did not do anything at all except for stand on the sidelines. But you will still get stuff. You will also get Zenni and perhaps even one or two items on the side.
3. Fight Someone else. This can be a regular spar or just a fight. To fight someone, just declare a fight and make a thread about said fight. Boosts will be determined by an admin after the fight. This method gives you higher boosts than training, but less than events. It can be the most efficient, especially because you dont have to wait any time limits, as long as you take turns posting. However, if one person fails to post in 12 hours or longer(depending on the niceness of the person), they can post again, as if their attack connected because the other person was doing nothing. Fights can only be determined either by the person who was defeated or by an Admin obviously if someone has been afk and has been being trashed.
There are stores all around the universe, You can find one literally anywhere. Simply post about walking in and buying something and you'll recieve your item. You could also "rob" the person in the store, which is technically allowed, however, based on the sake of the game I will allow only one thing to be stolen for each store you rob. Some stores have powerful keeps though, such as Urahara Shop, and stealing could get you killed, especially early on.
